charmed by attention to detail
room upgradeairport taxigenerous wineautomatic curtains
adalberto greeted me warmly at check-in. the hotel upgraded my room without request and arranged my airport taxi. they even informed me of THE room upgrade. dinner included pickled vegetables paired with beef and a generous wine pour. the hotel interior is gorgeous, with automatic curtains and do not disturb buttons.
the absence of an actual bar area, with comfortable sofas for reading, was a SLIGHT disappointment.

the sauna is fantastic, remaining open 24 hours each day. there are good bus links available to the center. uber and bolt provide alternative options and reasonably priced services.

staff at this hotel were polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. they looked to enjoy their jobs and apply consistent approaches to clients. breakfast has plenty of delicious options and great restaurant service.
