great service cooked items comfortable bed easy transportation
staff offered great service . the breakfast included a range of cooked-to-order options. my room included a comfortable bed ensuring restful sleep. the location was convenient near key landmarks and easy public transportation.
the shower had clear glass walls, i felt less privacy during showers.

the staff was amazing. i especially liked that the hotel had treats for dogs. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. the room provided all i needed for a calm rest.

charmed by attention to detail
room upgrade airport taxi generous wine automatic curtains
adalberto greeted me warmly at check-in. the hotel upgraded my room without request and arranged my airport taxi. they even informed me of THE room upgrade. dinner included pickled vegetables paired with beef and a generous wine pour. the hotel interior is gorgeous, with automatic curtains and do not disturb buttons.
the absence of an actual bar area, with comfortable sofas for reading, was a SLIGHT disappointment.

the sauna is fantastic, remaining open 24 hours each day. there are good bus links available to the center. uber and bolt provide alternative options and reasonably priced services.

staff at this hotel were polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. they looked to enjoy their jobs and apply consistent approaches to clients. breakfast has plenty of delicious options and great restaurant service.
